Lenovo IdeaTab A2107 Tablet Refurbished – Mainstream Tablets Sink

Lenovo is offering a refurbished version of the IdeaPad A2107

The A2107 is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich tablets that are officially endorsed with the Google Play services. It comes with 512 MB of RAM, 8 GB of Storage, microSDHC card slot (up to 32GB) and charges over micro-USB. It does not have Bluetooth or GPS, but does have 802.11n Wi-Fi. Cameras are similarly trimmed, with 2.0 megapixel on the back and VGA on the front.

The pricing is, of course, the key differentiator of the A2017 – it brushes close to some modern day console games in terms of pricing. As an 802.11n device, it has some potential to be a capable Wi-Fi media remote or streaming device.

Keep in mind that Android 4.0 does not allow for transferring apps to SD cards, the microSD storage expansion can only be used for media storage. With no GPS or Bluetooth, this may be a hacker special for those planning single-purpose uses. Mostly though, it just sets a new breakthrough in the Android tablet pricing game.
